aggregated, or in the leaf axils or forks of the branches, heterogamous; ray florets female with yellow ligules, or 0; disk florets bisexual, yellow, ± tubular. Phyllaries in 3-7
series. Receptacular scales present, deeply fimbriate (in ours). Achenes subturbinate, hairy. Pappus composed of 10-20 hyaline
