Description: |
Prostrate annual herb, generally very similar to Euphorbia hirta. Its is usually smaller and less hairy in most parts and can be distinguished by the inflorescences always being terminal only, while those in E. hirta are both terminal and axillary along the branches. |
Notes: | This species has only recently been found to occur in Zimbabwe, mainly through confirmed records on the INaturalist platform. It may have been long overlooked or misidentified as a depauperate, smaller form of the widespread and common E. hirta. |
