Several specimens with broadly ovate overlapping leaves, more or less conspicuously spotted purple; some plants with leaves only just developing. |
Notes: | Although the leaves are paler and much less conspicuously spotted, this species may well be the same as Unidentified sp. no3.. These specimens were found only a few days later, close by in the same habitat. |

Habitat: | Among rocks in miombo woodland at Christon Bank Botanical Reserve, just North of Harare, at an altitude of c. 1350m. Flowering mid-November at the start of the rainy season. |
