Description: |
Perennial herb with branching stems up to 30 cm high, growing from a woody taproot. Basal leaves sessile, narrowly oblanceolate, up to 1.7 cm long, densely pale grey woolly hairy; leaves along the stems, linear-filiform, up to 3.7 cm long, green and scabrid glandular above, dense;y white hairy beneath; margin rolled under. Capitula solitary and terminal on the branches; peduncles up to 8.5 cm long; involucre hemispheric, up to 1,2 cm in diameter, bracts 4-5-seriate, shiny yellow with dark brown to black tips. Florets yellow. |
