Perennial herb, usually less than 40 cm high, Stems 4-angled, branching from near the base. Leaves opposite, very shortly petiolate, ovate, often cordate at the base; margin entire, ciliate hairy. Flowers mostly solitary axillary, c. 2-2.5 cm in diameter, purple-blue, mauve, pinkish or white. |
