Description: |
Annual herb up to 30 cm tall. Leaves elliptic, up to c. 5.5 cm long. Flowers white or pale mauve. Capsule up to c. 6 × 5 mm, elliptic-oblong with a scalloped margin. |
Notes: | Known, in Zimbabwe, from 2 collections in the N and W. |
Derivation of specific name: | robsonii: named after N K B Robson, who collected the type specimen in Malawi. |
Habitat: | Occurring in deciduous Mopane-Combretum woodland. |
