Description: |
Slender terrestrial, up to 1 m tall. Leaves 2-3, linear, grass-like, 30-55 cm long, well developed at time of flowering. Inflorescence fairly densely 8-20-flowered. Flowers drooping, bright orange to vermillion-red, lip usually paler at the base and with a yellow callus. Petals and sepals similar, linear, 26-55 mm long, petals sorter than sepals. Spur absent. |
