Description: |
Two plants, displaying characteristics intermediate between those of the parents, were recorded from the Pungwe Gorge in 1976. The plants were lithophytic while both parents were found growing close together as epiphytes in a nearby tree (Ball, 1978). |
Notes: | This hybrid is recorded (as Polystachya fusiformis × ruwenzoriensis) in Grosvenor (1976) and Ball (1978). |
