Image notes:Upright, branching, herbaceous plant up to c.100cm high. White inflorescences with an orange tinge holding small flowers at the top of the stems. Long, unserrated, velvety leaves, gray-green, slightly lighter on the underside. Green stems that are thick and soft. Looks like a water plant. Overall lapathifolia has an orange tinge (warm) as opposed to senegalensis's overall pink-blue (cool) tinge.
