Description: | Climbing or straggling shrub. Stems and (2-pinnate) leaves armed with prickles. Petals 10-15 mm, pale yellow. Pod beaked, dehiscent along upper suture, oblong-elliptic, straight or slightly curved, flattened, pubescent. |
Notes: | Frequently planted as a hedge where it forms an unpleasant and impenetrable barrier. Could be confused with Pterolobium stellatum in leaf; see that species for further information. |
