Description:
Medium to large evergreen tree. Leaves alternate, elliptic-oblong with a prominent drip tip, shiny dark green above, dull green below; margins entire but wavy. Two small raised glands are present at the base of the midrib. Flowers, 1-2 cm in diameter, in corymbs, creamy white or greenish. Stamens numerous, longer than the petals. Fruit an obovoid, fleshy drupe, hairless.
