Description:
Small, much-branched, sprawling shrublet. Stipules 2-4 mm, white. Leaves 0.5-3.2 × 0.5-0.9 cm, linear-oblanceolate, glaucous; apex apiculate. Inflorescences with several-many flowers; bracts similar to stipules. Sepals 0.5 mm, thick. Petals c. 0.12 mm, white. Capsule c. 0.7 mm, ellipsoid, with a curved embryo, surrounded by the fleshy bracts which may be white or orange.
