Description: | A free-standing tree (in cultivation), sometimes becoming very large (to 22 m tall). Leaves: petiole 8-20 mm long, glabrous; lamina leathery, narrowly to broadly elliptic, 27-80 × 15-45 mm, with obscure venation above. Fruit 7-15 mm in diameter, sessile, creamy-green turning pink, red or orange when ripe, sometimes with warts or spots. Basal bracts in threes. |
